Payout delayed for no reason
I am waiting for my payout for over 6 weeks nnow after being told that payments take 10 to 15 business day, im being sent fron pilar to post, being told that theey are waiting for my Jan and Feb payments which the company has debited from me and i dont understand why i am the one that needs to follow up on this, the ccompany Ecolab says they paid Sanlam says they didnt and no one cares to give me feedback im the one that needs to keep chasing, its my daughter's 16th birthday tomorrow and im not willing to wait another minute, i want my money by midday tomorrow

08 Apr 2021, 23:25That's the thing i have been following up daily for 2 weeks straight and people keeping telling me they will phone me back and no one does. I have a bond to pay and kids to feed and its totally unfair that Sanlam is not treating me like i am making a loan when i am withdrawing what's rightfully mine
