Sanlam provident fund claims are supposed to task 4 to 5 weeks as they said and iv been wating for almost 2 months now, as a former employee im now worried if any of my clients got their payouts if i have to do such a runaround to get the small change that i needed to repair my car, iv been on email, whatsapp and making calls and nothing, i now get the frustration that people have when they talk about insurance companies as a whole that its easy to sign up but payout is a hassle
