This is the second time that his happens to me my family, First it was my grandmother when we needed to get a payout we only got it after 72 hours and when you call you are being taking from pillar to post , then now its my aunt who has been a member for over 12 years and now that she has pass away we are being told that she was never a member and that they cant pick up her name on the system yet they had promised us to pay within 72 hours and top of that premiums have been paid up to date.
