Payment of pension fund savings!!

Two weeks after I wrote e review about the poor service of this disappointing organization my pension fund has still not been paid out to me. Some guy called me to tell me that it would be escalated...well after escalation two weeks later still myoney hasn't been paid to me. What's worse is that nobody gives you any feedback and nobody seems to care. I'm afraid the company I used to love and enjoy working for has become nothing but a huge disappointment for me...still not good enough Sanlam!!!
