Payment

Hi.. I sent a quote regarding my clothing and it has been approved since last week. I'd like to know when my payment will be released because when i call the consultants at Sanlam they're not helpful, i always seem to have these problems all the time when it comes to payments when it comes to Sanlam...Thanks!
