Paying the wrong person
My father is deceased and he had an investments with SANLAM. He had six kids and 4 of us are over the age of 18years.
When i enquired today i was advise that they were payout to my grandmother which i don't understand how? There is one policy that is left with SANLAM and i was also advised that my grandmother needs to sign in order for the funds to be transferred to us.
The deceased ID number is : *** 087
