Paying six months without membership card

I have been a member of sanlam reality for six months and no card has been issued queried this about 2 months ago and the agent said I must give it six more weeks then the card will be dispached, have been 8 weeks and no email or card dispached yet. I want my R 160 * 6 back as I had no benefit from this membership and still no card received, why must I pay for this if I can have no benefit without my membership card.
