PAYING POLICY WITHOUT A CONTRACT
I took policy for my parents. I requested that the consultant must send me a contract before collecting premiums from my bank account. They went ahead and collect without my permission to start. In April I went in the bank to reverse 4 transactions and blocked them from collecting but I've checked my bank statement and find out that they have collected again without wanting to know the reasons why the money was reversed.
