Paying for policy that is not what was said

My name is Lorraine molai in July 2014 i was approached by a lady her NAME Mmathapelo NTswe how works for sanlam and explain she was selling funeral policy and the pay out in case of death was R15000.00 and the money will double to R30000.00 and it will also have a cash back after a period of 5 years . Ever since I haven't found or got any corrosponce from her or sanlam not even the document explains the cover. The day after someone called me and asked if I have open a policy with mmathape but did go into details of the policy he said he wanted to verify January I called sanlam in regard to the policy and to enquire about the cash back since well this year the policy would be 6 years to my finding the is no such and all the amounts have changes to the cover of R5000.00 no cash back I was ****** by sanlam employees all the details are not what u am paying for and I feel cheated cause I may for something that I haven't agreed on i request Hello Peter to Addis me in this matter and request sanlam to cancel the policy and return all my contributions policy number sg***7 i took that policy to assist me and reduce the stress of burning my love once with dignity and with no stress m.i feel I was ****** and graded be cause I'm paying for something that I didn't agree on
