Paying for benefits i cannot use when i want to

<p>I am highly displeased with not being able to use my benefits, that i am paying for, when I want to use them. On 22/05/2016 I wanted to book tickets to watch X-men: Apocalypse in 3d at the Nu Metro cinemas in The Glen Shopping Centre. To use my benefits I have to book them using the reality website. The website, however, says there are no show availble. When looking on the nu mtero website, the cinema was practically empty. I could book at any of the other nu metro cinemas, except The Glen. The Glen is nearest Nu Metro complex to the Vaal Triangle area. I have to make a special trip if I want to use my benefits. Why am i paying for benefits that I cannot use?!</p>
