Pay my retirement

I have resigned fromy previous company Jumbo Clothing. In which i had a retirement policy with Sanlam. I left in July. The pay out usally take 6 to 8 weeks. Its more then 3 months.There had been emails from my side that I have sent with no reply.Jumbo HR had informed me to deal with Sanlam direct they can not assist. Which I am still trying to process as too why. I really need to be paid my money which was deducted from me. No further interest in doing any sort of business in the future.
