Pathetic service. Human rights violation

Put in a claim 4 August my claim is still under investigation. I was called by the investigation officer from assupol asking me if I'm sure that my child was my partners child. This is totally unacceptable. My human dignity was violated. My policy is up to date. Now its time to pay its a struggle. I have no choice now but to approach ombudsman n social media for assistance
