Pathetic Service from An Institution as Sanlam

I am so disgusted with the service I have received from Sanlam.<br> I have been on Medical Disability since 2009 receiving a measly amount every month which Sanlam decided to pay for the first year for my medical Aid and thereafter no more which I did not understand and could never received a proper answer from them.<br> After 4 years receiving the same amount I had to find some other form of Income to help with the shortfall that I was now receiving and started to to a light form of income with an understanding of my employer. And being the honest person I told this Sanlam that I had to start working again. Only to discover that Sanlam decided to cut my benefit?? Without any notification....I approached my employer and mutually it was agreed that he needed some one more reliable. left the job on the 30 April 2015 and to date Sanlam has not done anything about this, still have to investigate????? At the end of the day I am sitting with things to pay and now only receiving the menial amount until further notice... I am at my wits end and no one at Sanlam seems to care at all....What type of people are these..
