Pathetic service

<div>I submitted a two pot withdrawal on the 11 September and the response was it would be completed in 15 days but to date there's been no communication and efforts to get hold of the customer service agents have been fruitless. Their service is pathetic, some companies let you know throughout the process and their turn around time is reasonable. I regret investing with them as they are not there to assist in emergencies.</div>
