PATHETIC SERVICE

I have called twice for aged tax certificates and both times I sat waiting for 30+ minutes after being told to wait 48 hours for it to be sent. After waiting 48 hours on both occasions I got sent a tax certificate I did not ask for!!! PATHETIC and LAZY!

I have been referred to Sanlam Corporate before with no assistance!!! This should not be so hard!! I called Old Mutual requesting the same and I got it delivered within 5 minutes!

WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON? DOES THIS COMPANY NOT HAVE STAFF TO PULL SOMETHING OFF THE SYSTEM FOR A CUSTOMER??? I DONT CARE ABOUT DEPARTMENTS, IM ADDRESSING THE COMPANY!!! THE LONGER YOU TAKE THE MORE I GET BILLED!!!! YOU ARE COSTING ME MONEY. I WANT THOSE TAX CERTIFICATES OR I WILL TAKE THIS EVEN FURTHER!
