Pathetic service
I have a Sanlam icover funeral plan, premiums were stopped from June for no reason. I thought this has been resolved as I was advised that I needed to change bank details, which I did. Today 2 premiums were supposed to be debited from my Capitec account..... Guess what, the same account that they said had issues was deducted and I had no funds there because I had to move funds from Standard bank to Capitec. I still have to account for charges which could have been ignored. I am so ****ed off as I did advise that I lost my job and all I wanted was to keep my funeral policy which I have had since 2013 without issues. Now this!!!! This is just pathetic!
