Pathetic service.
Assupol is selling lies. On Saturday the 10th, I submitted a death claim at Maponya mall. I handed in all documents and that was it. I was told that I will later receive an SMS with a tracking number for my claim but till now I'm still waiting.
The customer care isn't helpful at all. I held for over 30 minutes and there was still no response. I emailed and 2 different people couldn't help me because of the stupid SMS they are telling me that I was supposed to get.
There is no such thing as 2hours pay out..... its a lie. The sad part about this is that I have to stressful moan the passing of my gran as I'm am need of money that theybarevquick to deduct in my account.
To my surprise, their sales department is reachable
You tell us that your claims get paid within 24hours. No one is telling the world that your claims department doesn't process pay outs over the weekend..... really. Its way over 48hours since I have submitted my claim and still nothing. My family is going through a very difficult time and yall just add on the pain
