Pathetic service

Pathetic service!!!! I'm disgusted in their lack of compotence... I've resigned from my previous employer and it's 6 weeks later and still have not received my provident fund!!! Every other day I call them and they have excuses apon excuses as to why the funds have not been paid. I have no loans with the previous company or homeloans and each day they say they will excalate the issue and provide feedback, it never happens.

I will ensure every person in my family that has business with them to cancel immediately because at this point it's just ridiculous. I WANT MY MONEY!!! it's that simple. Fatima and Bandile are the people I spoke to on 2 different occasions. Both with no clue whatsoever as to why the money has not been paid. Also their system lacks information, like why cannot they not even see where my withdrawal is and why it's taking so long. It must go to Sars and then 5 to 10 days later I might receive my money. Might?? I worked very hard for every cent that I make how is it okay for you guys to just ***** from a person!!!!
