Pathetic service
A debit order went off without any contract being issued and it's been 7days and I'm still waiting on an answer after sending emails after emails without assistance. Pathetic service, I just get automated emails

We assume that you app**** for a loan at Chainpay. You will need to contact Chainpay regarding this as they only make use of our multidata system for the debit order deduction. You would have agreed to the fee they charge before applying for the loan.
