Pathetic service

There is a young lady but looks old working in Safrican Dbn branch in Embassy building by the name of Philile Khoza. She has no clue what customer service is. She is very rude in such a way that she won't even allow you to state your opinion as she thinks she is better because she is behind the counter. I am just glad that I wasn't there for funeral claim because if I was, honestly I would have moered her.
