Pathetic service

I got a call from the most rude *********** agent from sanlam named kholeka. She doesn't know anything about customer service what so ever. She needs to be trained on how to deal with customers Nd she didn't even know wat she was toking abt referring me to my bank meanwhile her company us at fault. I've never received such pathetic service ever in my life, I would like to cancel both policies I have with sanlam Nd I want a refund.
