Pathetic Service

I previously logged a HP for Sanlam to reslove my query. A lady by the name of Robyn Lamm contacted me and was advised i will be refunded in 3 days. I then received an email stating that it will take 3 days to sell the units and a further 4 days for them to deposit the money into my account. I requested a benefit statement and it reflects the termination amount, so why must i now wait for them to sell units to pay me back. Nowhere in the contract does it state what Robyn has stated on the email. Being unhappy with the response i requested the financial directors details. She provides me with every other email address with the exception of the contact details i requested. Its seems to me that sanlam has trained their staff to use delaying tactics with regards to payouts

Telephonic contact was made with Mr Naidoo. Apology was provided for his initial request on 19/4/2017 to cancel the plan that was not attended to. The termination form was provided on 25/4/2017 and returned the same day. The termination transaction was finalised on 26/4/2017 and the payment will automatically be processed to your bank account when the unit price for 25/4/2017 is known. The termination amount will be available in his bank account on 4/5 May 2017. The SLA for a termination request is 9 working days and the request was processed within this SLA if counted from 19/4/2017. Ms Lamm referred to Mr Naidoo to the Sanlam Arbitrator who is the highest possible position in the Sanlam complaints process. Mr Naidoo wish not to accept Sanlam's apology or explanation.
