Pathetic Service

<p>During my divorce the court made a order that 4 policies , which is in my ex wifes name , be returned to me. I sent the court order to Sanlam as my ex wife is refusing to sign the session document. Last Friday a lady from Sanlam contacted me and told me that one or other dept will call me the same day to discuss the matter with me. Surprisingly nobody called me. I received a mail today stating that they cant help me as the wording on the settlement agreement is not right. I just wonder what that mean , as it is very clear to me what it is stating. The policies must come back to me. I am really fed up with *********** people working in dept when they know NOTHING. I would like for someone from Sanlam to call me and discuss the matter with me. I am also taking this to the Ombudsman.</p>
