Pathetic Sanlam Service

Zero stars For Sanlam, what pathetic service. it takes them 2 weeks to payout a policy where they first state The estimated date for completion is still 2025-11-14. then today I receive email from them YOUR REQUEST WAS FINALISED The termination that you requested on the above-mentioned plan has been finalised. Kind regards Rob Smith

then shortly afterwards another email : We are attending to it and the estimated date for completion is 2025-11-19. Please quote the above-mentioned reference number should you have any enquiries. We assure you of our best service at all times.

Why do we entrust these companies to serve us with our own hard earned money for emergencies when we never get our money paid to us into our accounts!!!!!!
