Pathetic Sanlam Reality App and Pathetic service

Sanlam Reality has a pathetic app that actually offers no value whatsoever. I don't see the point of this app. I sent e-mails to Sanlam Reality enquiring about this and my e-mails were ignored, despite receiving acknowledgement of my e-mails and being advised that someone will contact me within 24 hours!
