Pathetic Sanlam

I am appalled by the quality of the policy document from Sanlam. The policy contract ***2X1 document does not have a Sanlam letterhead. Secondly, what Sanlam sent me looks like a terrible copy and paste job. Lastly, I made my request in English, why does Sanlam send me a policy document written in Afrikaans? Please send me a quality policy document written in English. I believe my request is not rocket science and people working at Sanlam have the intellectual aptitude to comprehend my urgent request. Sanlam's service is pathetic and appalling, and thus leaves much to be desired.
