PATHETIC! RA Cancelled, was not paid back!

Awful experience trying to get hold of someone competent to assist me. On the 29th of January 2021, my colleagues and I forwarded RA policy termination forms to our intermediary, who assured he has sent the forms for processing and that we will receive our money back. To date, I am the only 1 (of 8!!) employees who has not received a single cent of my money back! Every time I send and email to follow up, I am met with an auto email, and everytime I call I am given a new cancellation of policy estimation date.

The latest response I have received was an email stating that my policy has been made paid up. I have saved all emails to and from *** as proof that I requested the status of my policy. I WANT THE POLICY TERMINATED AND I WANT WHAT I AM OWED!
