Pathetic from sanlam reality

Absolutely pathetic pathetic service from sanlam reality. I have been a member for a week and I have experienced the worst customer care. I have been waiting for assistance, I have been leaving numerous callbacks and no1 calls, I have been calling in for a callback and no1 calls, I have been leaving messages on Facebook and no1 calls.. Hence I wanted my policy canceled immediately and im told that someone will contact me within 5 - 7 working days to cancel.. That is outrageous, they don't even have a direct cancelations department. That's because they say you maybe liable for 1 more debit order thats the reason they say 5 - 7 days so they can take 1 more debit order.. Today is the 20th and i called to cancel so i wont be liable for 1 more debit order and they refuse to assist..i asked to speak to supervisors and no1 assists.. Absolutely pathetic. Do to go near
