Pathetic disgusting service from Sanlam

If there were Zero stars I’d give them to Sanlam they honestly don’t deserve even the 1 star! My mother logged a claim for her provident fund for about a year now , we call them almost everyday the consultants are not friendly all they do is to take you from pillar to post and provides wrong information, a different story everyday. They put us on hold for a very long time only to provide incorrect information, my poor mother now have to beg Sanlam so her funds can be released . None of you responds to emails which shows incompetency, the consultants are very lazy on the calls and show 0 interest in assisting their clients. TCF isn’t being app**** by Sanlam and its employees! Pathetic company that I would not recommend to anyone! We have no joy in Sanlam y’all service is extremely pathetic!
