Pathetic customer service

If i could i would give Sanlam 0 stars. I have been trying for almost 2 months to sort this out. On my credit report its shows Sanlam has put a overdue amount of R 82 for a loan on my credit profile which means my credit score is affected. I have double checked with Sanlam and i have no overdue amounts but they still havent rectify the credit profile. This is the most pathetic company when it comes to customer service. I have send numerous mails , and i can see they read them but no one ever responds. I hope this will maybe get more attention and i can have this sorted out.
