Pathetic and unreliable service

I am going through a messy divorce and sanlam seems to be getting joy in increasing my levels of stress and anxiety.My ex- wife lodged a claim with the Prasa scheme for her share of my provident fund and todate what we are getting is excuses and more excuses.The completed documents have been mailed and remailed to them but todate i am still in limbo regarding tne finalisation of this matter.The level of sevice experienced and lack of accountability left a bitter taste in my mouth.I need this sorted in order to move on with my life and i am tired of the whole service level agreement nonsense.i have been promised that it will be resolved in 2 weeks and we are sitting 4 weeks later with no results.They are either on lunch or promises to get back to me and THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MAILS OR RETURN CALLS???I am tired of this madness!!! I will not be doing any business with sanlam in their future!!absolutely terrible and disgusting service!,
