Partial withdrawal from educational plan

Poor service from Sanlam, I have requested to withdraw money from my son's educational plan on the 6th March and the estimated date of completion was 25th March, today the 27th I called Sanlam and I was told to wait until the 9th of April because my request was only handed in to another department on the 24th.I am frustrated because I need money to pay for my son's school fees for next term. I'm really disappointed with the service I got from Sanlam
