Paid up policy
I have 2 funeral policies with Sanlamsky. Since last week I have been communicating with Sanlamsky, the agent in question is Kabelo Ma***ana. Recently I have come across some companies who make their members policies PAID UP when those policy holders reach the age of 60 or 65. What this means is that the member,s beneficiaries will still be able to claim the full sum assured upon the death of the insured person. This led me to make enquiries regarding my own policies. I have 3 burial policies with Sanlam. I got a reply on one of them, however the other 2 which fall under Sanlamsky I am not getting joy. They are not saying yes ior no, instead they are sending me policy documents which I am unable to comprehend. The 2 policies is question are; UFP*** & UFP*** Can Sanlamsky please provide me with this info instead of sending me policy documents. Do they have this facility or not, that's my question. A straight forward answer will suffice. Thank you
