Paid up letter for Sanlam Personal loan

I paid up my Direct Axis, Sanlam Account three weeks ago through the attorneys that it was handed over to. I have a letter from the attorneys saying it has been settled, however I will most likely need a paid up letter from Sanlam personal loans. I called direct Axis, they keep transferring me to Sanlam personal loans and I cannot get though- there's a message that says, sorry, we cant take your call right now- every day for the past week. Please can someone assist me- how do I get a paid up letter from Sanlam?
