Overdue retirement claim
My Dad passed away last year 2021 in April. Last year in July we made a retirement claim, and they said it only gonna take a year to investigate and the claim will be approved. It's been over a year now and the lady who held our investigate is no longer working there and no on was appointed to take over. Been waiting for feedback from mangers till today..
