Overdue provident fund Sanlam corporate

Good day, today is the 21/11/2024. I resigned and submitted my claim documents for the provident fund almost six months ago. This was in June! There is a guy whom i was communicating with who took a long time to respond and sometimes didnt provide clear responses until lately when i realised that he was doing his job perfectly well although he was not so communicative to me. Sanlam corporate has not give me my provident money after all these months...Teribble service!
