Outstanding tax directives - Sanlam Life Insurance Ltd

After filing my tax return for the 2019 financial year, SARS notified me that my return cannot be processed due to x2 lumpsums declared by Sanlam but the tax directives are outstanding. I never received the applicable lumpsums because according to my knowledge those IRP5's must've been for transfers of my provident fund and pension fund from Sanlam to Liberty by my previous employer. On numerous occassions throughout the year I emailed Sanlam for the documents relating to these IRP5's that's reflecting on my tax submission but they never came back to me. The deadline for submission at SARS is tomorrow and I submitted the return, however SARS now cannot process it due to the tax directives being outstanding. Sanlam please correct this!!!!!
