Outstanding Tax Certificates - Pathetic Service
No Wonder Sanlam has a Trust Index score of 1 which is not even deserved coz there is no minus 1 score. Your services are pathetic overall. You don't answer calls, you don't respond to emails, and you never attend to any complaints lodged through this platform as you suing auto-reply system
We are approaching the end of e-filling season and as at today 4 November 2024 there are no 2024 Tax certificates for our pension funds on the system for us to download. Your WhatsApp services confirmed as well.
Should I not get a response in 48hr, I am taking this Social media and radio to expose this pathetic service and lack of response from Sanlam.
