Outstanding Service by Sanlam

I am assisting someone who has Retirement Annuity Plan and who is at retirement age. He visited the Pretoria branch some weeks ago but did not have much luck. After many calls and research, I was directed to a Sanlam satellite office in Roodepoort, specifically wanting to find someone to discuss the options in the person's home language. I called and spoke to Lee who was friendly, efficient and understood the issue immediately. She assured me that an agent would call and come to us to assist. Within a couple of hours, the agent (Malefesane) had called and made an appointment for two days later. On the day he came and spent time with the policy holder, patiently explaining all the pros and cons and what the best options are; the documents were signed and the person in question was happy and understood the situation. Malefesane was prompt, competent and charming and I can only say it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and Lee. Many thanks!
