Outstanding Provident Fund payment

My name is Sizwe and I have been working as an Operations Manager at CSG Afriboom.Cleaning Services. I left my employer on the 31st of July 2023, the company claimed to would have processed my claim to Sanlam Umbrella Provident Fund. There have been delays since now and Sanlam came back and said there was no claim received after which I have been following up and the documentation that was outstanding, all has been submitted. To date I have not received any payouts and I have been told money will come through. I have even involved CCMA in the matter and they referred me to Provident Fund Adjudicator.
