It is the first time that I find out that one must sent proof to where u got funds to settle a loan before you get refunded I wanted to invest the refund in shares and Sanlam is holding my money delaying pay back toy account I phoned and learner that a proof must be sent in my 20 years of borrowing money from lenders this is the first maybe they use my funds to settle other shot comes even after I just saved a mere 7k on the transaction they sent me a settlement quote 3 days late after expiry that is why the over payment accounted thanks to Sanlam and Nou the don't want to refund
