Outright ********* practice Asylum seekers suffer

I have 2 asylum seekers with sec.22 permits to study and work within SA. They are refused the privilege of opening banks accounts. I had 2 SA citizens who were employed by me and who were registered with sanlam provident fund. Contributions were made as required. On resignation the vacancies were filled with mentioned asylum seekers. Sanlam back then enquired if any other employee were to be registered. It was stated they are asylum seekers and it was stated beyond doubt, they cannot belong to the provident fund.Following and inspection by the bargaining council for laundries, it was stated they have to belong to the provident fund. An e mail was forwarded to Conrad Muller who apologized for confusion. Stefan de waal was tasked to consult with employees and myself. This did not materialize. 18 months later another inspection, a compliance order issued against myself. Sanlam contacted. Sanlam acknowledges taking money from these asylum seekers is ********* as without a bank account, passport or ID they WILL NOT be refunded any contributions made. This confirmed by Johan Prinsloo from sanlam. Appeal fails thus sanlam prepared to take money knowing it wont be returned.
