Outdated information provided

My father, a 61 year old retrenched male with a back problem which limits his walking was sent to ABSA Kempton Park as per Sanlam's instructions to sort out a full cash withdrawal. they indicated that ONLY ABSA Kempton park must sign and stamp these forms, provided address and new forms to be completed. my father drive (from the west rand) only to find that the address is outdated and has been for a year and a half. my father had to go to a new address. this inconvenience is unacceptable and ABSA indicated that Sanlam one of the providers that is still giving out old information. I find this very unacceptable as my father cannot keep driving around, we were also advised by ABSA that their Florida branch could've done this as well, which is a waste of my fathers time and money which we do not have the luxury of!
