Only heartless people can work for this pyramid scheme

<p>Long time before I had bad stories about Assupol life, but in 2012 there was a man who convince me that it actually a good insurance, I signed up with Assupol life insurance and it was difficult to receive the actual contract, I was surpriced at the end of my four years in the insurance when I claime my cash back bonus I was told I did not signed up for it,eish. I tried and they gave me, later on I trusted them again and the other agent came to my house and I joined two more contracts, I asked the guy the contract and he said they are delayed at the head office, and I sent emails to the head office trying to request it, but hey this insurance is well organised on their scheming tactics,</p> <p>My father in law passed away, I was told I will be given my four months premiums back but not the actual claim, and only when I claim for the first time I see the contract, eish, they say waiting period is six months. and I paid the premiums for four months. and they still went on and deducted two months premiums after my father in law passed away, I went to ombuds and they gave ombuds the contract that they refused me with. Madoda I thank Old mutual that they allowed me to surrender my son`s school investment to go and bury my father in law, when I became bitter with everything and cancelle the all the insurances they still went on and deduct from my salary, why this people **** people like this, they go extra mile to rob their own clients, and they are even rude on the phone. I will never in my life trust them again and I will never recommend any person I know on this ********. Why this country allows companies like this operate in our country? The agent is not even shy to say he help some people to get the money but me because I was communicating with head office they will not give me money back and he will not be able to help me,wow!!!Paid policy from 2012 and after five years left with nothing my cash back rejected, my claim declined, I cancelled the policy and deductions are still going off that is even kicking a man when he is down.</p>
