Ombudsman and Provident Fund Adjudication

Provident Fund Adjudication is where Sanlam belongs. 6 months down the line and we still waiting for our late dad's funds. We do not receive feedback, communication, or any update of some sort. What's the reason payouts are not done? We've sent numerous emails with no response. Not sure if brokers, administrators, and advisors are ***********, or if Sanlam wants to be all over social media, or a court debacle as with Old Mutual. Totally unfair. I would not recommend this business.
