OK I make n lone with sanlam and last year and I lost my job

OK I make n lone with sanlam and last year and I lost my job.at the same time I call sanlam and tel them what happen thy ask me to sent all my paper work to the insurance . What I did .I told them I have I ccma case . And I lost the case at ccma.i call them and told him I lost the case but the insurance .did not pay my loan at sanlam .now thy hang me over to louwer the call me every day.
