Oh dear.

Been at death claim for 8months now. Been through 4 agent in total. 1 live, 2 over the phone and finally a supervisor but still. Wouldn't recommend unless you generally enjoy waiting for service or have a lot of money in case Sanlam does not pay out. And they never call you back or follow up. They only good at cutting calls and saying "I understand your frustration, I too would feel that way" they you wait for another 2 months. On top of that I'm always told that the payout will be 01st. 15th. 31st. Next thing there's missing documents.
