OF NO ASSISTANCE!

I found life policy documents for myself and my sister that was taken out in 1996 and matured in 2004. At the time when the policies was taken out i was 12 and my sister 11. I called Sanlam Life regarding this and they told me the policies was cancelled in 2004. (Ceded to Hollard Commercial and General). Even the money that was paid out was paid to Hollard. An amount of R1200??? Really? Is that what my life's worth for 8 years?<br> They advised that i should call Hollard but they were of no assistance either. They are sending me from pillar to post and that is unacceptable. Hollard said that i should get answers from Sanlam and Sanlam is telling me to call Hollard. I have been on the phone since 9a.m this morning and yet i still don't have answers.<br> This is really unacceptable....where is that money? I have no record of receiving any money from Sanlam. Why cant any of these companies help?
