Notice of termination.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Sanlam into investing some of my money for my kids and my retirement. Unfortunately I lost my spouse and have been experiencing financial constraints.

I requested to put notice on the Educational plan. This was done on the 14th and I received confirmation email that it should be cleared by the 25. No amount was despatched so I called on the 27 to follow up and was advised it will be done it's still with the other department for confirmation.

I would really appreciate this help because my kids have no stationery and being bul**** at school. This pains me because I would have love me them to have brighter future and still be happy, but unfortunately they can't enjoy being at school because of this.

Please assist urgently.
