Not responding to request
Good day
I have requested a copy of my TAX Certificate three times now and I have yet to have received a mail or even a confirmation mail to say they will get back to me. You are so quick to deduct our monthly premium but unable to provide a service. PLEASE SEND ME a COPY of my certificate without excuses.

18 Oct 2017, 07:28We notice that on the 6th of October 2017 your tax certificate was e-mailed to your current e-mail address. Why you did not receive it, is hard to tell (might be in your spam folder) However, we will e-mail it to you again, and would like you to confirm to the sender of the private e-mail that you have received it.
